As your representative, Jo Gideon MP holds regular surgeries to offer support and advice to all constituents. However, due to the high volume of attendees, these sessions are by appointment only. The surgeries are meant to provide an opportunity for you to discuss the specifics of your issue and determine how Jo can assist you.
If you would like to schedule a surgery appointment, please complete the Surgery Sign-Up Form available for download at the bottom of this page and return it to my office at jo.gideon.mp@parliament.uk. Once my office has received the form, a written confirmation of the date and time of your appointment will be sent to you via email.
Alternatively, you can book an appointment by calling the constituency office at 01782 497379 or emailing jo.gideon.mp@parliament.uk. Please note that appointments last for 15 minutes, and slots are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Before scheduling an appointment, it may be beneficial to reach out to Jo via email or phone as she may be able to assist you without the need for an in-person meeting.

Additionally, please include details of your situation, what you would like Jo to do, and any relevant information such as case numbers or National Insurance numbers that may be needed. Surgery Sign-Up Form
To electronically fill out the form, click on the title below. This will open it in your web browser. Click on the Download icon in the top right to save it to your computer. Once saved, open the form in Adobe Acrobat Reader, put your details in the relevant fields, then click on the save icon, in the top left. Save the new file on your computer with a new name.
